On Thursday, 11th of October 2012, if everything is working under perfect conditions, including the weather conditions, Felix Baumgartner, supported by RED BULL STRATOS Team and his family, will do the 24.000 mile Jump from Space, the so called "Space Jump". Let's hope the best for good old Felix Baumgarten, the Speed and Adrenaline Junkie.
He was always known for doing the craziest and most risky jumps from really dangerous places, either nature or buildings. Hopefully today, will also be one of these lucky days. Although this jump is not comparable to any kind of the jumps he did before. He will break a new world record, if he survives it, what we strengthly recommend him.
Ok no sarcasm here, it is really a serious case. It is highly dangrous to do this jump from that height, cause no one knows if the human body, although he has all kinds of safety and security like special clothes and a special helmet, he will break through the supersonic.
